Pairings is going deeper into Matt Dinniman's Dungeon Crawler Carl, with eleven wines paired across Floors 3 through 10 and timed to the release of Book 8. Six of the pours go to favorite moments from the first seven books, and the other five take on Book 8 characters and the 10th Floor. For anyone who hasn't caught up yet, a four-wine Book 1 mini-flight is available alongside the main flight. Every table comes with a Princess Donut Crown making, so guests can build one and wear it home.

This flight is part of our new monthly book-themed wine flight program, which leans toward fantasy fiction with some other things that we just love too much. A bi-monthly book club and a recurring "Book and a Bottle" partnership with Wallace Books are also available. Bottles and books are a marriage made at Pairings.
